ROMEOS (Retired Old Men Eating Out) is a men’s Fellowship Group that meets each month.

Do you love to read? Have you always wanted to be part of a book club? Join a great group of COS friends for monthly discussion of assigned books. Book topics include a wide range of topics and there is always lots of interesting conversation. Meetings are held September through May on the second Thursday of each month in the conference room at 6:30pm.
This COS Book Club has been meeting for more than 20 years and is a fellowship group that gathers monthly. The list of upcoming books is posted below:

Ladies, gather for lunch and fellowship at noon on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Bring your own lunch!
Save a life! According to the Red Cross, someone in the US needs donated blood every 2 seconds. Patients in need include trauma and burn patients, surgical patients, and those with diseases such as cancer and sickle-cell disease. Use code ‘COSL” to make an appointment at www.redcross.org.
A new adult discussion group called “Speed Bump” will be meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 6-7:30pm.
“Let’s slow down and get real. Tackling tough topics and Christianity: sexuality, grief, suicide, racial equality, divorce. All are welcome. And we mean all, y’all!”
In May, Speed Bumps will host a Suicide Prevention Workshop which will be open to any adult, up to the class size limit of 35:

June 3-7, 2024 Monday—Thursday, 9am to 4pm, Friday 9am to 12:00pm.
Cost: $165 per camper.
