Sunday Services

Things to Know Before You Arrive For in-person Worship on Sunday:

Is a mask required? In light of increasing Covid cases again, COS staff and council are requesting and strongly suggesting that all worshipers wear a mask. As always, all those unvaccinated are required to wear a mask inside.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation in loving God by loving your neighbor.

Do I need to pre-Register for Worship? We are not asking for registration at this time.  We are able to safely gather and maintain social distancing in the worship spaces.

Where do I park? Parking is available on the main campus and overflow is available across the street. (near The Fresh Market) For Traditional Services, you may enter the double doors.  The Sanctuary is located on the second floor with an elevator and stairs for access. For the Contemporary Service in the Fellowship Hall, we are asking people to park on the west side of the property closest to the playground. Please enter through the Fellowship Hall door located facing Hwy. 54.

What should I wear? Come as you are! There is no dress code here, from jeans to suits, with most in between, we welcome ALL to worship together.

What about COVID precautions? COS is sanitizing the building for services, providing packaged communion, and asking members and guests to wear masks while in the building.

Is there Communion? Yes and ALL are welcome to the table. Packaged communion will be provided before service to bring it into worship. Gluten-free options and grape juice will also be available.

Where do I sit? A COS usher can assist you, if needed, to your seat. We are asking to allow proper spacing as we observe social distancing. (Families sit together)

What about worship guides? Our worship will be displayed on our large screens with readings, prayers and hymns. Worship Guides can be printed at home ahead of time. (See links above)

Is there a nursery? Due to COVID precautions, the nursery is temporarily closed at this time.

The safety of our COS family is of highest importance and if you have been sick or in contact with someone sick, we respectfully require that you continue to worship with us online. We offer a Livestream of our 9:45am and 11:00am services through our Website, Facebook and YouTube.
