Friends, this past Saturday morning, I followed Jesus’ example. For in the morning, while it was still very dark, I got up with LuAnne and journeyed to a place—not very deserted, but maybe “desserted” with some tasty treats and sights–and there I am praying, yes, but also reading, exploring, appreciating, and celebrating with my wife her birthday.
